How to apply
If you are interested in becoming a tenant at the Cardiff Medicentre, please contact us to arrange an initial face to face meeting.
Companies that meet the criteria below will then be invited to complete an application form and to submit their business plan for assessment.
Please note that entry to the Cardiff Medicentre is subject to final approval by the Board of the Cardiff Medicentre Joint Venture.
Prospective tenants should:
- Be early-stage companies or pre-starts
- Have a detailed business plan available or in preparation
- Have a strong technology basis and a focus on intellectual property
- Be operating in the Medical, Healthcare or Life Sciences sectors
- Aspire to rapid growth and to expanding into international markets
- Wish to secure venture capital or business angel finance
- Be willing to participate in our business incubation programmes
- Have existing/potential links to the higher education sector in Cardiff
- Be seeking to graduate from Cardiff Medicentre within 3-6 years
