The Cardiff Medicentre provides high quality office and laboratory accommodation comprising of 32 units ranging from 284 sq ft to 1,045 sq ft. Low-cost desk leasing is also available.

General support services at the Cardiff Medicentre include a manned reception during office hours (08:30-17:00 Monday to Friday) for visitors and deliveries. The site also boasts private parking and controlled security access to the building with audio and visual security systems (CCTV). All tenants have 24 hour access to their units or desks, 365 days a year. The Cardiff Medicentre also offers low-cost, AV equipped conference room facilities to all tenants.

Incubation Services

The Cardiff Medicentre offers specialist business incubation programmes and services to tenants. Our flagship programme of Breakfast briefings allows tenants to mix with professional support firms such as lawyers, accountants, IP attorneys, venture capital funds and business angel networks.

The Cardiff Medicentre also works closely with the Welsh Government's life sciences sector team to ensure that our tenants have access to the wide range of business support services available.

Clients will also be able to take advantage of the specialist facilities and academic expertise located within Cardiff University's School of Medicine.
