Security
The building boasts an up to date intruder alarm, with each individual unit being alarmed. Each Tenant has their own entry code and is responsible for their particular alarm.
The building has an up to date fire alarm system which is connected to a monitoring station 24 hours a day.
Access to the car park is via a barrier with proximity card access for staff and intercom and reception controlled access for visitors.
Access to the building is security controlled and 24 hour audio-visual security systems (CCTV) are in operation monitoring the site. A coded keypad entry system on the main entrance doors allows tenants 24-hour access.
All visitors are required to register in and out at reception.
Management Services
The Centre’s management services include:
Reception registering in and out of visitors
Monitoring of security systems
Central postal delivery and collection
Telephone answering and message service
Fax and photocopying facilities
Booking of conference rooms
Refuse collection and soft clinical waste
On site management of the centre
Maintenance of common areas
External and internal window cleaning
Repairs, maintenance and servicing of the building and equipment
Managing barrier visitor access to the centre’s car park
Secretarial / administrative services may be available upon the agreements of the Centre Manager.
Catering arrangements may also be provided upon request.
The Centre provides full time on site staff and access to an onsite, Centre Manager, providing a useful signposting service to local businesses and support agencies.
