Cardiff Medicentre reflects the concept of linking business within the medical and pharmaceutical sectors in a form that can be adapted to individual requirements. The centre provides the user with a high degree of environmental comfort and control and is suitable for a wide breadth of applications.

The two-storey building is set in landscaped grounds with dedicated car parking and is designed with a central atrium as an internal and spacious street. Units range from 284 sq ft to 1,045 sq ft, are self-contained and may be leased individually or in multiples up to a maximum of 3,000 sq ft.

All units are fully accessible to the disabled and benefit from natural lighting and access to the common atrium. The Larger units are situated on the ground floor.

All windows are double glazed in aluminium casement, with solar control glass on the southern elevation.

Each unit is fitted with:-

Stainless steel sink and base unit suitable for laboratory use

Suspended ceiling with low glare lighting

Sun blinds to external windows and integral blinds to those windows overlooking the atrium

Virtual Office Services

The ‘Virtual Office’ service at Cardiff Medicentre offers a prestigious business address, telephone, fax and post handling service plus access to the building meeting rooms and other facilities.

Virtual Office is available to new start or pre start Medical and Healthcare businesses, that meet the Centre’s general entry criteria, and also to companies that provide relevant business support services. Start-up companies could use the service as the first stage in becoming a possible tenant at a later date.

Virtual Office is available on two different levels:

Level 1

Level 1 provides a business address with a Cardiff Postcode close to the University Hospital of Wales. Services include post, parcel and fax handling, the use of a fax, photocopier, document binder and other administrative equipment, plus the hire of conference and meeting rooms at preferential rates.

Level 2

This provides Level 1 services plus the use of a communal telephone line and associated phone answering / messaging service.
